To ensure a sustained and uninterrupted supply of raw materials, Asuboa Wood Treatment has acquired about 3008/- hectares of teak plantation at Bahankra in the Kumawu District. So far, approximately 100 hectares of teak have been cultivated. The company also has a 3.0 hectare seed orchard attached to the plantation which feeds the nurseries with high quality seeds. The company has engaged the services of individual contractors to supply raw poles.
